National Toastmasters club is a public speaking club established in 1979 and is based in Sydney Australia. The club is part of the Toastmasters International organisation. Toastmasters is a non-profit world wide educational organisation with a mission to improve the communication (public speaking) and leadership skills of its members. Toastmasters International has approximately 180,000 members in 54 countries.

National Toastmasters Club meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month at the Castlereagh Boutique Hotel in the level 1 meeting room. The street address is 169 Castlereagh St. Meetings commence at 6.15pm and normally finish between 8:30 and 9:00pm. Our club welcomes anyone who is interested in improving their public speaking/communication and/or leadership skills. If you wish to visit the club we request that you arrive at 6pm so that we can properly welcome you, get you seated and provide further information. Our club members come from all walks of life and range from beginners in public speaking to those who have several years experience and have won speech contests.
